A little update.....

I can't believe we have almost been here a year, wow, the time has flown!!  So many things have changed and are still changing for us.  The kids are almost ready to finish out their first year back into a brick and mortar school after being homeschooled the past four years.  I am so proud of all of them, and how they have flourished in school this year.  Tana took all honors and an AP course.  She is in Beta Club, book club, International Thespian Society, Drama Club, she was in both school plays this year.  And I am probably forgetting someone else that she got involved in.  Casey is in the advanced and gifted program in school, he played on the football and baseball team, although he just recently broke his wrist and caught pneumonia during his last travel ball tournament!  Kyle is also in the advanced and gifted program at school, and he played Fall and Spring soccer.  Thomas still misses being at home, but he did great in 2nd grade and also played Fall and Spring soccer.  Another big change is that we are finally moving out of our rental house into a new house that we have been building since the Winter.  We will move in just a couple weeks!!  Life will get even crazier and I can't believe we are moving again!  But this time it is only a couple miles away.  We are all very excited to move in to the new house!!  Gotta get packing......

Spring Soccer: The Warriors

The team finished a hot season with only two losses!!  Soccer in North Carolina is not like soccer in Ohio, it is not cold and wet....it is hot and dry!  Very hot!  There were days these boys were playing in 88 degree weather with the sun blazing...and that is Spring weather here!!  Crazy!!
