Having Fun at Grandma's house!

The weather was perfect, mid-80's.  When the kids weren't swimming or riding bikes, they were watching Disney movies.  They were enjoying their vacation....no doubt!  Grandma made all their favorite food and had an endless supply of soda!  Kid heaven!

Easter At Grandma's house.....

Easter weekend was filled with coloring eggs, church, a delicious meal, Easter baskets, and an egg hunt.  Grandma had us good and spoiled with a wonderful Easter!! 

The Week Before Christmas

We left the house Monday morning at 7:15am.  Got to Johnny's at 3:30pm.  Had Christmas with Uncle Johnny's and Auntie Diana's family about 6:30pm.  Crashed at Uncle Johnny's that night.  Met Papa Butch for lunch the next day, then headed to his house to visit and Patty came over there for a couple hours.  Went to Auntie Diana's for dinner and to have Christmas with Gee, Papa Butch, and Grandma Wendy.  Crashed at Auntie Diana's.  Headed to Columbus next.  Went to the Brandol's.  Jim, Kay, the Lawrence's, and the Dyson's all came over for a visit.  Crashed at the Brandol's.  Headed to Piqua the next day.  Arrived at hotel about 3:30 and headed straight to Cassano's for dinner with Papa.  Celebrated Christmas with Grandma Mindy and Papa that night.  Woke up the next day to get ready for Christmas party with Aunt Regina's, Aunt Kathy's, and Tasha's family in the hotel party room....total of about 40 people.  We have now been running all week long and it is Friday evening.  So we crash at the hotel one more night, got up this morning, met Papa for breakfast, and in the car now as I type, headed back to North Carolina on Christmas Eve.  Wow!!  What a week!!  Busy, lots of driving, lots of gifts, lots of family and friend visits, and lots of LOVE!!! 

Christmas in Piqua

This was the last stop for our trip to Ohio.  PaPa got us all set up in hotel for two nights and we had a big family party in the party room the next day.  The kids also loved the hotel pool!  It was a busy, but very fun trip to Ohio!
