Thomas also ran at Showcase, he ran the open 300 and ran 40 seconds!  Great time for his first big meet as a freshman! 

Sprint Medley qualified for Championship Nationals!!

 After running his amazing mile time yesterday, Kyle ran on the sprint medley.  The medley is a 200, 200, 400, and then the 800 anchor.  Kyle was the anchor, his split was 1:56.  They only lost by .02 seconds with a finishing time of 3:32.61!!  They got US #2 and NC #5 All Time time!  And they are headed to New York in March for a National meet!  

4:25 Mile for this kid!!!
